Awful customer service. The staff has a tough time taking orders and accommodating customers. Went there but stood at the front while they ignore you and make you wait before they even acknowledge you. Can't accommodate anything in your order and won't even try because it might inconvenience them. Didn't even order just left. Customer service needs to improve BIG TIME.
Very rude staff
I always order large sundae with caramel layered with pecans and reese's cups but today the lady said I can't get it. Not sure if shes new or not but was disappointed.
Visited newton location on June 6th 2026 at 11:45 pm. Lovepreet served us , what an amazing server she was. Our order contained 5-6 items , but she made it with all smile and perfection. Though a customer and her MOD were little rude towards her for no reason , she was professional. Well, either Manager needs to support their co-workers or teach them ( if needed) with some professionalism rather than yelling at them.
