Varinder went out of his way to make sure my daughters cake could still be made as the location unfortunately had to close temporarily due to a burst water main. He got another location to make the cake and I had a very happy little girl. Thank you again for your exceptional service.

I placed a cake preorder several days in advance, and when I arrived on the scheduled pickup day, I found the store unexpectedly closed due to a water leak. While I understand that emergencies happen, it’s disappointing that no one from the location contacted me to inform me of the closure—especially considering this was a personalized order. Unfortunately, this left me without a cake for my event, and reflects poorly on the level of customer service at this location.

I eat here every once in a while, and usually they're ok. But today I found mold on the bottom of my burger bun. Disgusting. UPDATE TO RESPOND TO OWNER: I didn't realize you could update reviews after they are posted, I would have responded much sooner had I known. Of course it doesnt look like a bun, I ripped it off to look at it more closely. It's from the bottom part of the bun, which has the airy texture as seen in the photo.
