Went here around 4 PM on April 4th and had a really disappointing experience. I waited an unreasonable amount of time for a simple chocolate-dipped cone while three employees in the kitchen area stood around chatting. It wasn’t until the cashier reminded them (over 15 minutes after I ordered) that my cone was even made. The cone looked absolutely horrendous and terribly rushed. Overall, very frustrating service and not worth the wait. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Blizzard was practically melted like right upon getting it. I walked off as soon as I got my fries and went to the car to which I found the blizzard was not thick or anything like I’m used to with every other DQ. Fam was in a rush so I didn’t even get to go back. Lack of care at this location.
Employees were rude . They wouldn’t give plastic cup for drinks on the long drive unless you got the shake. But then one of the employees is filling up multiple plastic cups with drinks for herself and said she can get it because she works there. And we had to get a drink because they couldn’t make any shakes. 😏 Cashier was very nice and professional but the lady in purple was very arrogant. No value of customer service.
Spend $11 on a small meal and then they wanna charge $1 for a tiny cup of honey mustard. I think y’all make enough
