A month ago, I ordered a large misty freeze and an ice cream for my wife. Declined on the app a couple times before accepting the order. Charged my card each time it declined too. Arrived to pick up the food and they were out of misty freezes but could not refund that part of the order. Today, I decided to try again. Same issue with the app, even with a different card. Order taker/cashier was pleasant, but very slow. Never been at a DQ where we took our food ourselves from the high "order is ready window" to our table. Always good sundaes.
