I went through the drive-thru on August 10th around 1 PM and wanted to give a shoutout to the wonderful lady working the window! She’s the same person I normally see, and she is ALWAYS amazing. She’s incredibly friendly to both my husband and me, fast, accurate, and has absolutely top-notch customer service. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she serves. She’s a huge asset to this location and definitely deserves some recognition! Thank You! 🫶
Had asked for no bacon on my sandwich and for lids on my blizzard, when I got to the window I was asked again about the bacon I told him I did not want bacon they handed me my blizzard without the lid I asked for a lid they handed me one out the window and then they handed me my sandwich and I asked them if there was no bacon on it and he looked back at a female in there working and she said something that sounded like she was irritated got home found out there was bacon and a nice long piece of hair in my blizzard
