I just got off of the phone after placing a doordash order, and Erica was so kind and very understanding about my mother's shellfish allergy. She put me at ease and demonstrated that understood what to do!! Other places have given me grief over this, and its been frustrating. I hope the managers at the Dyer Dairy Queen see this and know that she went above and beyond!!!!! Thank you so very much!!!

This DQ in Dyer has been amazing! I have been ordering birthday cakes for years and they never fail to deliver extraordinary service and quality! Thank you guys so much for continuing to amaze us day in and day out!!!! All I ever had to do is tell them the theme and they do the rest! Absolutely amazing service!
I had a really disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen. The food was terrible — poorly prepared, didn’t taste fresh, and definitely not what you expect from this chain. The restaurant itself looked dirty, which made the whole experience even worse and raised concerns about cleanliness. On top of that, the owner was extremely nasty and unprofessional.
