It was a nice sunny day after church and we were taking the kids to get icecream. My sister told me not to go here because it’s “hood” but I was like it’s just icecream. As soon as we got to the door the sign taped on there said “drive thru only”. Just ghetto. I took my kids somewhere else where they can experience and see and pick out icecream at an ice cream place.
I love Dairy Queen but sadly I won’t be going to this location anymore. There’s an older woman that is managing this place and she is one of the rudest people I’ve encountered since being in East Point! She will randomly charge you for things that are free when anyone else is working. She stealing peoples money at this point! Don’t go to this location if you want good service and don’t wanna be charged an arm and a leg for condiments.
You’ll receive terrible service here! This family that works here is unprofessional and rude! Especially the older lady! Only good thing is the blizzards. Don’t waste your money here! Also look at the reviews and how they respond to unsatisfied customers. “we're sorry to hear we did not satisfy your cravings during your last visit. We appreciate your feedback. We hope you give us another chance and visit us again.” It’s giving they don’t care at all!!
The one bad thing was the hot dog sucks they can do better in the quality
