Well, I wish we could rate the service but we stood at the counter with no other people in line and 3 employees chatting and staring at us without one of them taking our order. We ended up walking out. Their machine always broken anyway but we still come back because it’s the closest to us. Never again.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent order of cheese curds, which turned out excessively greasy with the cheese busting out everywhere. When I brought this issue to the manager, she completely dismissed my concern and rudely claimed that I always complain instead of fixing the problem. Between the unpalatable, poorly prepared food and the disrespectful customer service, I am thoroughly unsatisfied with this experience.

This location never mixes my blizzards all the way. The closest DQ to where I live. No matter what size I get I’m always eating straight vanilla ice cream which fills about 1/3 of the cup. If I wanted vanilla ice cream I would’ve ordered straight vanilla ice cream. Also, just went through drive through and one of the employees was yelling the F bomb repeatedly to another employee/manager. Everyone was just standing around watching it happen. It was very chaotic. Probably won’t be coming here again.
