The second time we’ve been to this location when no one acknowledges your existence waiting at the counter for over 5 mins. They are there, they see you, they very well may be busy but nothing. All that would need to be done is to say is we will be right with you or something but nope. This last time we waited so long we just decided to leave.
I mean just look at this masterpiece!
Stole my money asked for no drink and was still charged for a drink employee came back and blamed me saying they can't ring if you without a drink and I should have taken it I think they need to retrain the employee or fire her
