The staff deserves a raise. They were shortstaffed yet every person got a smile when they entered. They would explain that they were shortstaffed and handled everything with Grace. You don’t find this very often. This was on April 6. When I commented to him that I wanted to give them credit for this, he said that the frown will not make things better. And he wants everyone to feel better when they leave.
Slow as molasses. Unless you have a lot of time to kill avoid at all costs.
Owner commented on a bad review I gave and said they were trying to reach me on a number that I gave them to issue me a refund. I ask for a refund the night of service and was denied so I never gave you my number. Not only is your store filthy you are dishonest in your replies to my review.
Went through the drive through last night 1/28/26. They did not have the January blizzard of the month so I got a chocolate dip cone. My husband got a small Oreo blizzard. When I went to eat mine I said to my husband that the ice cream didn’t taste like normal. My husband waited till he got home to eat his and he asked me to taste it. I said it taste like the ice cream is soured milk. He threw his away. Thinking we won’t be going back🤮
