Staff was very rude and did not honor my coupon. I also paid EXTRA for the add ins in my blizzard and did not get any. Will not be going back. Terrible location, do not recommend
Dairy Queen is overpriced for what it is. $40 for two large combos and a small blizzard. The BBQ burger is too sweet in the sauce, almost sick from eating it. The flamethrower was more heat than flavor. $6 up charge to swap fries to cheese curds, and an upcharge to onion rings. The service here is great and the person at the register was really friendly.
Employees were friendly the day I went, food was hot, ice cream was good as expected.
I will never step foot in this place again. I once attempted to use a coupon code in the drive thru, told to come inside. Went inside to use a coupon, and they said to place a mobile order. The app says this location not available for mobile order. The staff has been rude and hardly spoken English each time. What a travesty to Carmel!
