Went in for a sweet treat, left with a sour experience. The man taking the order in the drive thru was incredibly rude, even more so when we got to the window. All because we needed a moment to decide. I’ve been going to this location for years but will never come back. Seems I’m not alone in this since the tables outside used to be full and the drive thru out to the road. Now it’s a ghost town and empty every time I go by. Very disappointing to see such a great location go downhill.

I HATE this DQ! First, their posted hours don’t match when their actual operating hours are. Sign says lobby closes at 9:30, but doors were locked at 9pm on a Saturday. And when I called, the person on the phone just said “we are open” over and over. Second, this DQ has the opportunity to participate in Miracle Treat Day each year, which supports the local children’s hospital, and they choose not to even though it drives business to their location. Rude manager. Looking for money so refuses to allow us to use our app. He said their store has nothing to do with the app so they can use it. (Even though he said you could mobile order through the app)

Older guy in the drive thru in the evening. Was rude about us using the app. Wouldn’t take the deal by scanning it. Only Dairy Queen I’ve been to where that is the case. Definitely some shady reason just to save money. Then they forgot my ranch with the order. The place is dirty and run down. The sign outside could use a power wash.
