Wasn’t greeted or acknowledged upon entering. I ordered a small Caramel Apple Cheesecake blizzard and a small Strawberry Mango Mochi blizzard. Both were very delicious! I’m only making this review due to the poor customer service and experience. Server made my blizzards fairly fast. However, Dairy Queen’s policy and advertising for blizzards are served upside down or your next blizzard is free. Assistant slide both blizzards in the counter to me. Seriously. Do not eat here. Please see this review before. First 30 minute line on a Saturday late night. Second. the wrong order. I was given the complete wrong food. I am so disgusted and frustrated. Worst part is the app has no feature to complain or get help or report bad experiences
They closed 1 hour before the sign on the door and the website said. They lost 12 customers for the night
Employee was very nice but they have nothing in stock.
