I don't usually post reviews but me, my husband and a friend of ours went through the drive thru to get 3 of the tender meals. The fries were disgustingly cold and stale, not even warm to the touch. We went back in for them to make it right, they gave my husband 1 of the 3 fries they owed us. Then I went in told them we were missing 2 more fries, I got a nasty look from the server, she looked at me as if I was lying but shes the one who handed me our food in the drive thru. Extremely slow at the drive through. Got my order wrong. Went back to correct it and had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get what I ordered. Food was good but takes the fast out of fast food.
Don't stop here today. The weekend crew is the worst. They are unorganized, slow and grumpy. I have been stopping here for years and have never complained but this was terrible.
Today was a better service.. especially the chocolate strawberry blizzard ..I ordered to share with my granddaughter...looks like it is getting renovated in the sitting area .. curtain was blocking the seating area .young lady employee I asked about it..she says we don't know when it's going to be back open. She had unlocked the bathroom for me but scared a poor teen girl in there..she was with another young lady..younger then her..I immediately apologized and closed the door...they should've knocked and made sure before unl... read more
This was the last time I’m ever going there sat and drive-through for almost 24 minutes and there was only four cars in front of me. When I got up to the window, I sat there for another five minutes and I could see people just walking around doing nothing and then she gives me my blizzard which is melting off the side and a shake, which I did not order. I ordered a float absolutely horrible. As for the blizzard, I threw it out my window and let it hit the pavement. It was better off on the ground than in my car.
