For an ice cream place, and the price of your ice cream, you’d think you would put ice cream in the container! So dissatisfied at this location!!!
This location was great when they first opened, now they absolutely suck! Nothing is made right or they change the way things are made every-time I go!
No greet or hello when walking in, stood at counter for about 2 minutes being ignored. finally tried to ask a young gentleman about sizes and he told me he wont be helping me and that it would be another young lady to help- whom then preceded to walk away without saying anything. while i understand the dining room was busy (looked like a birthday party), there was absolutely 0 customer service. My wife and i went to the Center Rd. location with higher reviews.
Worst Dairy Queen ever. If you order a large blizzard, you get a medium if you order a medium blizzard, you get a small that is because they only fill the cup a certain amount and never to the top. That wouldn’t be such an issue but to top it all off the ice cream is always melted and that is why they never flip the cup. Every other Dairy Queen, you go to the ice cream is always Filled to the top. Customer service here is hit or miss. If you want ice cream, literally go to any other Dairy Queen or ice cream establishment.
