Worst Dairy Queen ever. If you order a large blizzard, you get a medium if you order a medium blizzard, you get a small that is because they only fill the cup a certain amount and never to the top. That wouldn’t be such an issue but to top it all off the ice cream is always melted and that is why they never flip the cup. Every other Dairy Queen, you go to the ice cream is always Filled to the top. Customer service here is hit or miss. If you want ice cream, literally go to any other Dairy Queen or ice cream establishment.
I ordered two medium milkshakes around 9:30pm, only to receive two medium cups of completely melted ice cream mix that spilled in my car immediately I was turning out of the drive thru line due to the genius plan to put the open topped milkshake lids on two cups of entirely liquid ice cream mix. Hopefully the $10 I paid for the privilege to spend the next 2 hours scrubbing the upholstery in my car can be put towards some kind of education fund so we can all learn to MAYBE put a closed lid on a completely liquid drink that yo... read more
The sign posted on the door of the ice cream cakes states all cake orders need a 24 hour notice. I went 24 hours ahead of my daughter’s birthday to order her cake and was told they could not make it that they now need 48 hour notice. I pointed to the sign and showed the girl at the counter (who was very kind), she went and got who I would assumed was the manager and her response was “no, I will change the sign it is 48 hours”, she was not the friendliest and walked away ..
