Just went by 09/02/2025, and wasn’t allowed to add on an ice cream for my daughter at the window. Never heard of that rule before, I’ve added things at the window before at this exact location and suddenly I can’t? Seems a bit lazy to me, who ever is currently working the drive through today at 2:50 PM needs to be re-evaluated for that job. Customer service has gone down hill, and this just solidifies that.
