honestly can’t say anything good about this Dairy Queen. I go to a lot of them, and this is by far the worst one I’ve been to. Their hot fudge machine was down for over three weeks, so anything with hot fudge was off the menu. Before that, they had even run out of ice cream for a period of time. That’s pretty unbelievable for a place that specializes in it. The staff generally seems unhappy, and it shows in the service. *DO NOT STOP HERE* I went to the drive-through. It was minutes before an employee answered through the speaker. When I arrived at the window, an employee asked what I wanted. She said, “Oh, we didn’t take your order.” She returned with the wrong order and the milk shakes were liquid. I went inside and got a refund. Only a few customers were inside the store and in the drive-through. APATHETIC STAFF.

Consistently getting the order wrong. We just about count on it. Not only is it wrong but also missing items often. Sometimes won’t even be open when they should be during normal business hours. Macon is tired of lazy people
