THE last 5 times i gone in they forgot food, utensils, cold, or wrong order. Got breakfast there yesterday order my food got told to pull up waiting on my hashbrown and it took 10 mins and when food came out it was cold my WHOLE ORDER EVEN HASHBROWN!!!! More expensive, original Menu Items, clean, service was wonderful, moderate wait time in Drive thru line.
I went through the drive through, ordered a mini blizzard. The lady didn’t do the routine of turning it upside down and I didn’t think anything of it. I went to grab the spoon out of it when handed to me, turns out it was chocolate soup that spilled all over me and my vehicle. The lady offered some napkins as if she wasn’t already aware that I was in for a mess. I had to literally drink the ice cream to get it to stop pouring all over my vehicle. There was maybe two solid bites in the cup.
