After paying for my order, I noticed Nabiha handling my ice cream cone with her bare hands, touching the bottom of the cone where it isn't covered by the sleeve. I asked for another using a napkin but she refused. I said its fine and asked for a refund. Before handing me the change, she told me to pay attention next time in an unprofessional tone. This sort of experience is very frustrating. I don't expect the employees to wear gloves but napkins are the bare minimum especially if they plan on grabbing the cone from the bott... read more

I like to compliment on the staff at this location. They truly have great customer service and always willing to help even when they are super busy. I can tell they are a group of young teenagers or university students but their customer service is beyond some working professionals. Great job!
