This location is a constant disappointment. They frequently fail to open at their posted 10 AM time. When I finally got in, I ordered the #10 combo. The burger was visibly dirty with grime and tasted foul, like it was cooked on a filthy grill. The fries were soggy and stale. The most unprofessional part? When I tried to document the poor quality by taking a picture of the burger, the staff started laughing at me. They have zero respect for their customers. This location is terrible. It took 45 minutes for them to cook my burger. I wish they would close so a competent business could open here.
They need to relearn how to make blizzards bc the bottom third or so is always plain ice cream. It seems like they're constantly short handed.
I ordered the 2for 5$ mix n match, the strawberry sundae and the cheeseburger. My daughter ordered the 6 piece chicken basket. I was on my lunch hour and didn't check my order, AND the dairy queen girl forgot my cheeseburger 😔. I couldn't go back and get it because I was at the end of my lunch hour. Very disappointing!
