Terrible customer service very rude employee's even for a fast food place
I had a blizzard and it wasn't as good as I always remembered. The staff seem untrained on quality. They also seemed to be short staffed during busy hours and get in a hurry to make things.
Horribly long wait in the drive thru. It took 6-8 mins or more for each customer to get there orders. Everything was super slow.
