We get dairy queen all the time and were very surprised to find chunks of a napkin in our blizzard. Im not even sure how that would happen but they found a way somehow. When we returned the cashier was very cold and unapolagetic about the ordeal. Love dq but tonight was not their best
Change your hours online! It says 10:30PM on Friday and Saturday but when I pulled up tonight at 9:58 ya'll were already closed. Drive thru lights and lights in the building were all off already. So not only were you not open until 10:30 like it shows online, but you didn't even stay open until 10PM.. i know it sucks when people show up during the last few minutes that you're open but it shouldn't matter. even if it's 9:59 you are most definitely supposed to stay open until 10PM..
Stopped by this morning at 10:45am to get two chicken strip baskets. The gentleman that took our order looked out of it, (high, drunk, etc.). We ordered our food and were told it would take awhile and to park and wait. Why did it take them until 11:10am for our food to be done and in hand? Fast food means quick, not a 25 minute wait time.
