11/4/2025 @ 9pm My boyfriend and I stopped in to grab a bite while we were passing through about an hour and a half from home. We hadn't had DQ in many many years and said let's give it a shot and see if it's still as good as we remember. Dairy Queen has really gone downhill. They don't even serve ice cream anymore, the soft serve is ice milk. We ordered 3 milk shakes at the drive through. We paid, then 5 minutes later they tell us they're out of ingredients for one of the shakes. So it took 10 minutes to get 2 shakes that we ordered and one substitution, all of which were mediocre at best. They should have just packed it up 20 years ago when they were still decent.
As much as i love Blizzards. Ours were the same and was given to us more like mix shaken up with watered down ice cream. Def. Not the usual blizZard u expect. Sad and let us down
