DQ was under staff with lots of clients inside and at drive thru having to wait in line to places order I look like there was not manager or someone with answers The front staff both look like there did not know what to do Lot of staff walking from one side to the other side of the restaurant not serving clients
The cake was good and the customized message writing was swift and fast. Every time the quality is the same .
Website posts that they are open until 11PM but when we showed up at 9:55, the doors were locked. Lazy employees looked at us trying to enter and didn't even give us any time of day for an explanation as to why they're not open during posted hours. In a world filled with options, I doubt you want to be turning customers down. I'd give it 0 star if it were possible. Spend your time and money elsewhere, this place is trash.
