i ordered ice cream in this dairy queen yesterday night at 9 and it was delicious . clean store and staff is kind and helpful.
Honestly this place is gone to garbage. The girl ad the counter literally yelling at my 9 year old daughter to move and then dropped the cone thing on her foot. Who do these girls this they are. Also it is law to have a washroom available for customers when they are eating in but the last 3 times I have been there it is always out of order. Such a joke.
Employees yelling at customers who want to see the freezer, the guy I was standing next to paid for his food and it went thought to his bank but the employees refused to acknowledge that and made him pay a second time. Poor guy tapped his card 3 times before they let him go
I don’t usually post such reviews however the owner/ manager of this outlet is pretty cheap and customer repulsive…please don’t go by the timing put up by them they close well before 11 pm and the information given by them on the work hours is pretty wrong.Last night at around 10.30 pm when we were here the manager rudely shouted out “ Dining hour are over” and she could have very well done so politely.This just makes me again reiterate that if you don’t need business or are not able to provide good customer service might as... read more
