Very poor experience. Here’s some advice…If you know you get swamped on Sunday afternoons “Keep enough staff on to be ready for the overload of customers’! It’s unacceptable to be told “We have a lot of orders” to justify why mobile orders aren’t ready at the time when they’re supposed to be ready for pick up. SMH The manager should to reprimanded when he/she doesn’t take care of unhappy customers. Never coming back to this dive! Oh! And I did file my complaint accordingly!
Stupidest thing I’ve ever heard to tell a customer no to ordering something off their menu because they didn’t use the app to order!!!!! I can see saying no to a coupon but to order ice cream they make in the store and refuse to make it based on how we order is absurd! Their reply was that they cannot make an exception because their management said so.
Every one in there were nice,and polite.
