Blizzard was great, once we got it. They were messed up when we arrived I don't know what the problem was but they took my order after about 15 minutes and then my friend behind me they told him to go through the drive-thru cuz they were closed in the lobby now. Ask her about 20 to 25 minutes of waiting for the blizzard I went up and asked him how long does it take to make one and they asked me what did I order I showed them my receipt they didn't even start on my order. This is the 3rd time in a row that I have Doordashed from this location and this is the 3rd time in a row that I have not gotten all my order. And when I go in they are disrespectful.... it's sad really. I will not be ordering from this place ever again. Waiting an hour and 30 dollars later to only be disappointed yet again.
Worst DQ experience ever! Waited over 35 min for a mobile order!! Walked in and didn't even get acknowledged. Then told us they didn't have the blizzard we ordered. Maybe don't put it on the menu then? People kept coming in to order after us and then receiving their food over and over again while we were just standing there. Watched employee's chit chatting and standing around gossiping. Watched one employee stuff his mouth with chicken strips in fries and lick his finger then package our food without washing hands or gloves... read more
We like Dairy Queen. My only problem is when a DQ doesn't have chocolate ice cream.
