After a really long wait in the Drive-Thru, I find out they are out of hot fudge! Not sure how a Dairy Queen runs out of hot fudge, but they did! 😂 Also, did you know they charge $0.30 for fry sauce? Your first one? That seems a little wrong.. when you order fries, I think the fry sauce should be included! Other than that, the food was as expected, and the staff were friendly! Maybe the ordering manager needs a little extra training to anticipate increased hot fudge usage during summer months. 😂

A lot of a slow people. The employee seems really unfriendly and seems like she doesn’t want to work there. Put a smile on that face! It is now 6:26 and the mobile app says at 6:08. Employees are Really inattentive and rude. Plus there’s only 2 employees during a dinner rush. As a person that works fast food, that is unacceptable to have two people work a dinner rush.

Is there another language where “no ketchup” means “I’LL TAKE A BOWL OF KETCHUP SOUP AND THROW IN A COUPLE OF BEEF PATTIES AND BREAD”….I clearly said no ketchup-I might not have complained like this, but the whole burger was stuck to the wrapper from massive ketchup dripping everywhere where and a gallon of mustard…ewww! The rudest and laziest staff work here. I have seen 2 to 3 walking for nothing in the kitchen but customers are still waiting for their orders to get ready. Shame on this store with such workers!!!!
