Today I visited this location and ordered two dipped cones. I went through the drive-through to get them. There was a person in front of me ordering so I was waiting in my turn. I noticed the girl working the window handed him out two dipped cones. Apparently there was an issue because he refused them, and she took them back in the window. She must have had more problems with his order because it took him several minutes to get it straight to get his food. The Millsboro location was Packed on a Saturday night! Line out the door, the employee Nilynn was taking orders with a smile reguardless of how busy it was and all the workers in the back were working in SYNC, clean tables and floors. This is exemplary of what Dairy Queen should run like.
Watched a roach crawl right across the counter.
I have just one problem. If a customer orders meals and ice cream and you make the ice cream ahead of time, put it in the freezer. Or just wait for the food to be almost done before starting the ice cream.
