I believe her name was Remi, and she was absolutely wonderful! We had a group of 8, including 7 kids, and she was incredibly patient while taking our order. She answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed, even with all of us trying to figure out what we wanted. She had great customer service and was genuinely such a pleasant person. It’s not always easy ordering with 7 kids, and she made the whole experience so much easier!
Haven’t been here in over five years and really was excited to have it. While waiting for my order in the drive-through, I visibly watched the cook take my pretzels out and box them with his fingers. Ungloved fingers. When the younger girl at the window came to give me my food, I explained to her that I saw what he did and I no longer want the pretzels.
