I usually visit this Dairy Queen because it’s convenient for my family — and honestly, we have a bit of a Blizzard addiction. However, today was a big disappointment. There was a long line of cars, and I patiently waited for my turn. When I finally reached the speaker at 11:02, I was told they were closed and that the machines were already off. Always friendly and kept pretty clean. It was quiet and delicious tonight.
I wish there was a 0 star rating but there isn’t. Customer service was so poor and staff had zero customer service skills. This is probably the worse location of DQ I have ever been. Would never go there and I would recommend to try at your own risk
