Food was hot service was quick
My husband and I visited this location yesterday, and it was a very mixed experience. I received my order lightning fast, which was great. Unfortunately, his order was completely forgotten. By the time they finally realized and handed it to us, it had almost entirely melted. The staff on shift appeared ti be teenagers who seemed to be treating the workplace like a frat party rather than paying attention to customers.
Extremely rude employees. I work in customer service and I expect if you have a job interacting with customers you at least say you’re welcome when someone says thank you or even hello when giving you your order. Nope, nothing… rudest service I’ve ever encountered.
Me and my wife stopped by to pick up some lunch we ordered and was told to pull forward where we proceeded to wait 15 minute for a double cheeseburger meal and tenders strip meal. 3 cars passed us. We got our food went home It was wrong toast was bread,no gravy, no onion rings, cold fries. Went back and was met with attitude and had our food practically thrown at us by rude teenagers
