So the employees are untrained or just liars. Asking for the 2/5 items, asked to get 2 hamburgers ketchup only and the response was that without cheese they can’t be part of this promotion, I reply asking why not when it’s just simply removing the cheese, making the cost actually less, the drive thru attendant replies that it’s a corporate policy. Upon contacting corporate they inform me that is NOT a corporate policy, each DQ is owned individually and have their own policies. So which is?

We took our Blizzards outside to eat because it was so cold in the restaurant. We find this true at every DQ we visit.
