The management at the DQ at this location and throughout Red Deer treat there younger staff poorly. We have seen them reprimand the younger staff publicly and about things that could be discussed in a much kinder fashion and in private. Just because you are older, does not give you the right to treat younger people so unkindly. I would never let my kids work there and be treated the way younger people get treated there. I would give it zero, if that was an option.
Twice at this specific Dairy Queen they have closed 15 minutes early. Do not advertise a 1030 closing time if you actually close at 10:10. Please change the hours then. Wasted our time twice recently and it was never like this at other dairy queens or at this specific one before. Ridiculous. Update: went to this location again and this time we got two Blizzards that had basically nothing in them, just tasted like soft serve icecream for 6 dollars each. This location needs serious improvement.
What a arrogant garbage manager he shoukd be fired it clearly states open till 10:30 arrive at 9:40 and told no orders will be taken except drive threw like im gonna walk accross the street to my hotel to get my car and come back ya rite he seems to think he can just pick anf choose his own hrs whatever we will never return to that location
The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The ice cream and desserts were delicious, creamy, and the perfect sweet treat to finish the meal. Always a great place when you’re craving tasty food and something sweet!
Always had been my favourite and will continue to be one of my favourite!! Everything on their menu is worth trying !!
