This was the absolute worst experience at a restaurant that I have ever had. I ordered a meal on the app for pickup. When I arrived at the store I stood at the Mobile Order Pick Up sign for approximately 20 minutes and was flat out ignored. Even though the staff looked at me and handed out orders next to where I was standing no one would say a word to me.
