Online hours say Open until 10pm, 10:30pm drive through. I arrived inside lobby around 9pm. A family in front of me had just finished ordering, in person, in lobby. I was next in line. I was told that it’s too late to order in person inside unless I was DoorDash. Drive through is still open for another 1.5 hrs, though. I’d just have to repeat the order after getting back in line again. 👎 Last time, guaranteed.
👎 I can "definitely" tell it's end of the ice cream season tonight....got a PB Parfait and it was not soft serve (was firm with a yellow tint) and someone must've put the end of the nuts in my parfait because it was SO SALTY, and shells--- such a disappointment when it was almost $7.00 and had been craving it for over a week! My next visit will be in the Spring. Do better DQ.
Staff having conversations over people ordering means incorrect orders. Multiple items in my order were wrong and I observed staff repeatedly chatting/ignoring while customers in line were ordering
