Staff having conversations over people ordering means incorrect orders. Multiple items in my order were wrong and I observed staff repeatedly chatting/ignoring while customers in line were ordering
I ordered a soccer cake for my son's 10th birthday. When I picked it up it was not what I ordered and had some random emblem with multiple sports on it. I told them this is not what I ordered. They told me the soccer ball was not available so they chose this instead. If what I ordered isn't available they should have called me and let me decide if I want to choose something different or find it somewhere else.
