I ordered a soccer cake for my son's 10th birthday. When I picked it up it was not what I ordered and had some random emblem with multiple sports balls on it. I told them this is not what I ordered they told me The soccer ball was not available so they chose this instead. I'm sorry but if what I ordered isn't available you call me and let me decide if I want to choose something different or find it somewhere else. They gave me a discount still not acceptable whatsoever. They also didn't even spell happy right.
I ordered French fries and the first batch I received was very old. I asked for fresh, hot ones, and the employee brought me another batch, asking me to check them. Unfortunately, they still weren’t hot, but I didn’t want to wait any longer, so I just accepted them. I’m not sure why I was asked to check them myself—it seems like they don’t really understand what hot, fresh fries should be.
Paid an extra $5 to have the combo and they didn’t even give me my fries. Drink options were limited and the drink I got was flat.
Not enough employees to handle the business. Waited over 5 minutes to be helped at the counter and there were 6-10 people waiting behind us. Very slow service.
