I initially ordered a medium Frosty but quickly changed my mind to a large. They adjusted it, but only added Frosty water, so the ratios were off and it ended up watered down. It was still enjoyable on a hot day, though. The staff’s attitude was just okay and didn’t seem very focused on customer service. The cashier came across a bit rude when I was charged for a medium, despite clearly asking for the large. Owner Seema is always friendly and very on top of things. She is fast and goes the extra mile to make sure special requests are handled correctly by any staff members. The crew at this location appear to be a family and they work very hard to make every visit a positive customer experience — we go out of our way to use this specific DQ location to give them our business.
