Devon vu was so kind (: tasty food unlike most DQ I’ve been too lol. Very clean as well.
I prefer my blizzards with chocolate ice cream. I've visited 4 times in as many weeks and each time they've told me they DONT HAVE ANY CHOCOLATE ice cream at all. All you're known for is serving ice cream this is absolutely ridiculous and if service doesn't improve then I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Paid over $6 for what turned out to be a cup of vanilla ice cream passed off as a medium Blizzard. Took it back, they remade it in a tiny cup that didn't even add up to my original medium, no apology, and it was still mostly plain vanilla after a few bites. Staff clearly don’t know (or care) how to make a proper Blizzard. If Dairy Queen wants to keep customers, they should take a lesson from Chick-fil-A on service and actually train their employees. I’ll be driving out of my way to a different DQ from now on.
