Drive thru associate wanted to charge us $.25 a pack for ketchup after we spent $21 on 3 dinners. She was also talking about us to another worker while our food was being prepared. She wouldn't even come back to the window to give us our food. We got back to our hotel to find that our order wasn't even correct.
