Employees are insanely nice and helpful
If you want to get half your order and not get what you paid for go to this location! Also really slow service my mobile order was scheduled for 8:01 and it didn’t come out till 8:24 (Update) 7 months later they’re still handing out wrong and messed up orders i think they should rebrand to dairy flop
The workers are so friendly and nice and helpful. Believe me the ice cream is so yummy. I love going to DQ especially when the workers are nice and helpful.
My DQ app was hacked and because of the poor app security food was ordered for pickup at this location. I called the store to speak to a manager several times but it's not a priority for them to right this wrong. I have yet to hear from them so I decided to just have charges disputed and report it to the authorities, have fun with that. In the end, I get my money back and now you get a negative review. Next time, make it a priority.
