The one I go to over on chenal and Cantrell is got great ice cream cuz that's all I ever get but the service is weird there. Sometimes you can get really fast servers but other times it's like you stand at the counter so long you forget what you ordered.
Waited over 20 minutes and still did not get everything ordered. They were not busy. Cleary lacking leadership/supervision. Very unclean inside as well.
Guys… come on now. This location has always taken forever but now it’s been ever worse. The drive thru does not even feel like a drive thru. When you pull up to the speaker you have a 50/50 chance of getting picked and spoken too. Order take 20-30 minutes, feel like I must be at a gourmet restaurant for it to be taking that long.
