My boyfriends debit card information was stolen at the drive window last night. Check your cameras! A friend is dealing with this same issue and they went to Dairy Queen also. Both us and the friend are getting hit by the same charges.
All I can say is it was a horrible experience. The staff seemed very untrained. It seems like since COVID fast food service has tank and never recovered. If the franchise owner sees this post I hope they address the staff to see if additional training is required.
Mobile ordered and Paid for 2 bottled waters as an upcharge and staff refused to give them to me stating it wasn’t on their receipt. I showed them my receipt where I paid for them and they still refused to give them to me and said I could come back the next day to speak to a manager. I live 40 mins from this location
We love Dairy Queen and always stop at a Grill N Chill on trips. We live here, and we’re in the Dairy Queen this past Sunday to pick up to go. The whole place was clean, the praise music playing was wonderful, and the manager made sure our order was perfect! We got home, and it was literally the best of the best when it comes to Dairy Queen! We very much appreciate his attention to our order!
Hire more people. This is a fast food restaurant not a dine in. It’s ridiculous that every car has to wait in the reserve line. Do better
