I like Dairy Queen and usually buy once a week. It makes me very disappointed when I try to redeem a national advertisement for BOGO buy one get one for $0.99. And the owner/ franchisee tells me that I don’t have enough points and that I need to keep on buying to redeem points and when I reiterated that it’s a different promo and it’s being advertised even on TV he said NO! I left and didn’t feel like buying anything.
