Went today for the Cheeseburger day. I couldn’t figure out the app. At the store, I met Pranav. He was so kind and helpful. He got me squared away and I had a fantastic cheeseburger meal and a sundae! Will definitely go back because of Pranav.
It was in food court at the mall. Food good and hot. Service was slow. They needed one more person to work.
It says that they open at 10:30 but really they open at 11 o’clock and I have ordered food from there and the manager said he would give me a refund and never I haven’t even received my refund yet. I would never wanna go back there.
absolutley terrible needs new hires 🤮🤮🤮 no customer service skills and cant even make the ice cream right. very dissapointed, will be spending my money else where and suggest everyone does the same
