Honestly, our visit to Dairy Queen in Drumheller the other day was really disappointing. The customer service we got from Liway was not good at all. She came across very rude and unfriendly right from the start. We were just trying to place a simple order, but the way she spoke to us felt cold and unwelcoming. It honestly made the whole experience uncomfortable. You expect at least a bit of kindness when ordering, but it felt like we were bothering her just by being there. I have to edit my previous review after 5 years from my current experience to 1 star from 5 star , because of staff's laziness and not following Dairy queen's time table to open store , Never ever go to this store close to closing time , you will find door locked 10, 15 mins ahead and staff will completely ignore you.
Great, hot food. Generous portions, reasonable price. Friendly staff.
