Figured I’d order on the app that way I would save time and not have to go through the drive through. Turned out they closed their dining area so I had to go through the drive through. It took 40minutes of waiting on that line before I finally got to the window. And once I arrived my food still hadn’t been made. This has been a reoccurring issue whenever I come to this DQ. The food is very good, but honestly, the service is terrible, your order is taken when it is to eat at the place and they do not take it completely for the reason that they forgot, the staff is very slow and not friendly, the time waits 40 minutes. Too long! I'm not going back to this place!
Waited in line behind an obnoxious order for 10mins just for the employee to say they need time to close at 10:47.
Slow slow slow took too long just wanted icecream by the time I got I didn’t want it anymore ruined my night now I’m gonna cry myself to sleep thank diary queen. Dairy Queen more like dairy slow.
