I usually enjoy eating the sweets here, but the employees just make it a place that isn't welcoming anymore. I wanted to get a cone with sprinkles, and the employee said everything will be ready shortly. I go to the window and then told me the sprinkles weren't available, which is fine. I told them to just cancel the order because I don't like it eating it plain, and low and behold, I hear them complaining in the back about me not wanting it.
