Ths place had a rough opening, things seemed to improve and now it’s back to being awful. The sign and light are often turned off during business hours giving appearance that they are closed. Wait times are painfully long. Cleanliness inside is poor. Food preparation is bad. Ice cream is a mess. Perhaps understaffed or poorly trained.
First one in drive thru hardly anyone in lobby when we got here. 25 minutes for 2 meals.
Have been here twice since it opened. Probably won't go back.
When you spend $38. And you need an extra small cup for the 6 yr old and you're told that's an extra $2.50 for an empty cup, that's poor customer service. I don't care what the owner's policy is, customer service is more important than some rigid policy. We will not return!
