Ordered a carmel toffee cookie blizzard at the drive thru, the guy at the drive thru window tipped the blizzard upside down and it dripped all over him, he gave it to me anyway, without any napkins....I took it and thought....oh well, then as I drove away I realized it wasn't even the flavor I ordered. I didn't have time to go into the store so I just kept driving with the runny, wrong flavor blizzard and no napkins, my fault for accepting this, but come on DQ, you can do better.
This location slaps together a mean blizzard!
Purchased a sheet cake and when I opened it at home discovered it was freezer burned. Once I finally was able to get through to the store, they were unwilling to replace or refund the item. Wasted $45 on my cake and have to get a new one now. Will not return here. Not all DQs are created equal.
Got there late at 9:30 horrible service I ordered cookies and cream but to my surprise when I got my order and I was absolutely OUTRAGED. When I asked for cookies and cream didn’t expect to find literall CREAM in my ice cream. This is a serious HAZARD. STEP IT UP DAIRY QUEEN!!
Dairy queen more like dairy mean the employees were very rude and proceeded to throw my heath blizzard at my face. What a jerk! Also watch out for the mold on there microwaved cheese burgers.
