Terribly understaffed and unorganized.Felt bad for the few employees they did have on a busy Sunday evening but I waited more than 45 minutes for a mobile order.
Worst service ever, slowest drive thru in the history of the universe.
If I could give zero I would. I sat in drive through watching a MANAGER prepare food with no gloves on after he had his hand in his pockets. His professionalism was non-existent and it's a place I don't recommend going to at all. It's gross and unsanitary.
Would like to thank Ms. H and her co-worker for a hospitable experience. Springtime is here with steady orders of ice cream, burgers & fries. Appreciate your pleasant style today handling both the counter and drive thru orders. May the owners/operators of this location be supportive of the needed resources for the two of you!
I've been there twice, never again. The people and management need to change, I will drive twice as far to to the one in mound.
