If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service at the Fergus Dairy Queen is the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Do not order through doordash. Do not expect this business to provide you with any updates to your order. When I called, wondering where my order was, they hung up on me!! As a local business owner for over 20 years I can honestly tell you that I will never ever order from this business again. I'd rather go to Guelph to get a blizzard.
