I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience at Dairy Queen. I was standing in line waiting to order for about 10 minutes, and not a single staff member came to the register to help. There was no explanation, no apology, nothing. It felt like customers were just being ignored. Definitely not the level of service I expected.
Very clean well kept dairy queen. Food is fresh and service is prompt
We ordered a custom cake for our son’s birthday and our experience was great and the girl helping did a great job and excepted our rush order. The cake did not only looked great it also tasted very delicious.

I went to pick up a birthday cake today and walking into the building there was a very strong rotten egg smell. It lingered throughout the whole building but was strongest at the front doors. I asked the worker if she noticed a rotten egg smell and she responded saying it was the air system and that the workers have become immune to the smell and it doesn’t bother them. I feel like this is definitely a health and safety issue and I’m not sure how anyone eats in that restaurant with the smell.
