Waited 40 mins to get my food, all I ordered was a burger and fries, while everyone else who ordered after me got theirs and when I finally got mine it was cold and no salt on the fries, workers were nice tho
I placed a mobile order for inside pickup and arrived at 8:55 PM to locked doors…while the lobby was still full. Called to ask what was going on and was told they lock the doors an hour before closing (??). When I asked how I was supposed to get my order without sitting in a 40-minute drive-thru line, the employee hung up on me. Called back and the line was conveniently “busy” the entire time.
