Ordered three medium and one large vanilla cones. The large serving was the exact same as the medium. Told the girl and she said it was a large. Really?

I recently ordered a custom cake from the Dairy Queen in Grand Rapids for a special occasion, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. I provided clear instructions 5 days ahead of time for the design and personalization, but when I picked it up, the cake was completely messed up— the colors didn't match what I requested, and the overall assembly looked rushed and sloppy.
