I barely write reviews but this location and staff are insanely fast and very nice
I recently ordered a custom cake from the Dairy Queen in Grand Rapids for a special occasion, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. I provided clear instructions 5 days ahead of time for the design and personalization, but when I picked it up, the cake was completely messed up— the colors didn't match what I requested, and the overall assembly looked rushed and sloppy. The price on drive through display shows 8.29 for a 4 piece chicken strip basket. They are charging 9.19. If you plan on changing prices, you should probably update your signage first. Edit: and they forgot my toast. Everyone makes mistakes but the same thing literally happened last time I came as well.
