My husband placed an order and wanted an ice cream cone packed to go since I was sick and could not go with him. The person on the phone said, “ Management will not let us pack anything to go.”
I used to love DQ years ago! But recent years it’s just gotten worse and worse. Raised prices on everything and quality of food got worse. Ordered 6 piece strip basket and got 3 good sizes and 3 tiny pieces. They didn’t even toss in extra to even out their portions. They do this quite often too. Not the first time. Update: Ordered again not long ago. They said they would replace my order, I called back few weeks later said my name and she said it expired which it wasn’t. Gave me really back attitude.
