Staff is always friendly and efficient, even with being quite busy most of the time.
Was here earlier this summer and promised that I would never come back to this particular Dairy Queen as the wait was unbelievable. Unfortunately returned yesterday and the same thing. Didn't appear busy at all. What took 30+ minutes to make two small Blizzards is beyond me. They didn't even get the sizes right, but I didn't say anything as I didn't have another 30 minutes for them to correct the issue.
Worst customer service ever. Try serving the customer at the counter instead of to gi and doordash. No wonder you get no tips. You ignore the customer right in front of you.
