Drive thru speaker hasn't worked well for about a year and they never fix it. LONG wait times in the drive thru every time. Since new owners bought it recently everything has gotten way worse. We used to LOVE DQ and go all the time. Now we will find another option. Barely any fries in chicken strip basket and they were soggy. Blizzards twice in a row barely have any of the mix-ins and aren't filled-up to the top of the cup. We usually spend at least $45 with each order and it is definitely not worth it anymore. We waited over an hour and a half and never got our order even though other customers that had ordered after us got theirs.
Their ice machine seems to rarely work and they don't bother telling you ahead of time when you order your damn drink in the drive thru until they hand you a large soda with no damn ice in it and just expect you to be happy about having to drink a warm soda on a 90° day! This has happened on MORE THAN ONE OCCASION and I'm still baffled as to why I even bother coming to this establishment. Stop being cheap and fix your shit!

Incredibly poorly managed. Every time we have gone there is some sort of issue. Last visit, the (who I’m assuming is manager) man with the pony tail was loudly berating another employee in front of customers directly behind the counter. The last two times, we had missing items we had to go back for. This time, we had a missing item and an incorrect item.
