VERY long wait for a drive-through, even if you are the only customer there. Much more expensive than fast food should be... Cold fries, small drinks.. but the burger was pretty decent which earned them a star. Feel like they could have better options than a Ranch dressing burger (lol) & a flamethrower burger though. Maybe a mushroom Swiss would be a good addition. They have tasty beef is all I can really say positive. Coke was 50% ice and not great coke at that, a medium was like a mini can
went through the drive through it took 15 minutes for 1 small icecream they were sitting around talking and they dropped multiple things on the floor
Waited 15 mins to be seen by one of the cooks and then waited another 10 mins for a front line worker to come to the window. Come to find out half of the menu items they dont sell so they dont have an updated menu. I would suggest going to the next town for DQ. Unless you want to spend 30 mins at an empty DQ Eudoras DQ is worthless.
This was the most absolutely horrible food I've ever had eating out. It was disgusting and I feel sorry for the on duty manager. This store has the worst employees. I had a very simple order, small Oreo and Reese's blizzard had to be made twice because it was completely wrong. The kitchen workers took 20 minutes to make a 4 piece chicken strip meal, and it was all cold!!! This is truly the slowest Dairy Queen I’ve ever went to with pretty bad customer service. When you go through the drive thru, they normally don’t acknowledge you at the speaker until you say “hello, hello?” a couple times. Once you place your order, expect to wait a minimum of 10 minutes for your order, even if there is only one car in front of you.
