The general manager, Jessica, from Springdale location was working tonight at this location And was amazing. We had placed an online order and whenever we had gotten home, one of the chicken strip baskets was wrong. I took this back and she had helped me fix the issue and gave me a new box with the correct food. Jessica was very friendly and had the best customer service skills. She has definitely changed this location and how they serve their customers, I was very pleased with her tonight.

I had already left a review that I didn’t enjoy my experience about a month ago. I ate inside and from the start when the woman took our order she was extremely rude, the floor was disgusting, don’t get me started on the bathrooms… our food was good other than the ranch we ordered. It was chunky (never in my life have i seen chunky ranch). Once we left we got a nasty look from the woman that took our order.
We stopped on the way home after a Razorbacks game for a quick and easy bite to eat for dinner. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. There was someone available to take our order right away and she was very nice. The food seemed to take longer than normal to come out to us, but it tasted fresh and good when it arrived. We got ice cream sundae's to go on our way out, which was another bit of a wait, but really good.
