We appreciate the hard work and customer service. The cashier was nice and helpful with our order. The manager on duty on Thursday 4 2026 was great. She helped us with our order dealing with desserts that would be gluten free and did a amazing job, other team members behind the counter also assisted with my questions about gluten free food items. Appreciate each one taking the time. Thank you very much.
Once again this is our 3rd visit to this location. Some of the friendliest employees. They are always correct on orders, fast and efficient.
They just threw our cheese curds and sauced and tossed tender together covering the curds in bbq extremely unsatisfied didn’t give condiments we payed for when we asked for the condiments and attitude was given also do not receive extra butterfinger in my blizard
The reason for a 5 Star review is because of a employee who is always bubbly professional and personable. I hope management reads these reviews and recognizes there employees. Shout out to the tiny petite Natalie. This young lady is human clone of the Energizer bunny with a personality. Natalie is always friendly and helpful when we have been to this location. I haven’t been back in a very long time but decided to give it another try and what a bad idea it was. I ordered 2 chili cheese dogs and they charged me an additional 3 dollars for them because I added cheese. I found no cheese and went back inside to ask why I was charged 3 bucks extra for chili cheese dogs and the cashier was not able to comprehend what I was asking.
