Tables were dirty. Only half of the tables are available for sitting -- the other tables are blocked off. I guess staff doesn't want to keep all tables clean for the guests. We ordered the gravy for the dipping sauce for chicken strips. It was pure water!!!! We took it back and got barbeque. TV is no longer available, but that's not really an important issue. Also, it took a long time before anyone came to take our order. We think they were in the back somewhere because no one could be seen out front.

Alyiah could not be more polite. Wit in the last SEVERAL years going to different services place, I have not had an employee be so polite and respectful. I am very impressed!
