If I could get the service zero I would. Was just there recently and the girl doing the DoorDash had absolutely no reason for getting a job there. She was so slow and I asked her at least four times for an update on my order. She just said I have no idea how long. Honestly, this girl does not deserve a job there.
I ordered a custom Mario cake for my twins birthday from here and it far exceeded my expectations. And the price you can’t beat. Heather, their cake decorator is a super star. It’s honestly something you would expect from a professional bakery. Thank you Heather for making my boys birthday extra special ❤️
Do you ever clean the soda machines? Everytime I get a drink here it taste like mold. You know those need to be cleaned right?
Took a seat by the bathrooms. After waiting 20 min for Icecream I went to the front and asked about our order. After a bit they said they couldn’t find us and put the order in the freezer. I told them we hadn’t moved and our number was clearly visible and they came over with multiple other orders that wernt ours. They just kinda shrugged. The dismissive & nonchalant attitude was very off putting and I’m not happy they claimed they couldn’t find me resulting in a long wait. I never left the table.
